The object offers thirty apartments, restaurant with fireplace and kitchen nook. Guests can take meals between the hours of 10.00 – 22.00. The operation was begun in January 2008.
The single apartment is situated in ground floor. The parking is directly at the object. Guests can use the sauna.
Beds partition and furniture:
Bedroom No.1 – wedded bed, bedside tables, wardrobe
Bedroom No.2 – 2 as much as 3 single beds, 2 wardrobes, commode
- Kitchen-unit, (glass-ceramic boiling plate, kitchen sink, microwave and fridge), dining recess, ( table and three chairs), folding couch – possibility of two extra beds using your own sleeping-bag.
The electric heating is disposable in the bedroom and living room. There is an electrical ladder in the bathroom.
The apartment is situated in new reconstructed object on the fringe of the community, out of arterial highway.
Summer activities: Some of the activities that you can enjoy this summer include hiking, cycling, mushroom picking and bathing. The Karlova Studánka spa (10km), native preserve Praděd (15km), Waterfals in Bílá Opava valley, etc; the heated swimming pool is situated in the community Vrbno pod Pradědem.
Winter activities: The region offers excellent conditions for downhill skiing. The skiers can visit the ski area Ramzová with the chair lift onto Šerák. The visitors can find here the downhill course various difficultness. Many marked and prepared cross-country skiing tracks are situated around the cottage, which can take skiers as far as Paprsek and Kralický Sněžník and further in the direction onto Ramzová, Červenohorské saddle and on the top of Jeseníky –

na stránkách se inzeruje restaurace, ta ovšem není, inzeruje se wifi - to tam není. Inzeruje se varná deska, je tam jen dvouplotýnkový vařič. V apartmánu pouze jedna úzká skříň pro 4 lidi. Nelze nikde usušit oblečení.
Meals
byť inzerují, že lze koupit v objektu, restaurace nefunguje.
Services
Služba se omezuje na výběr plateb. Apartmány proti jiným objektům v Karlově jsou silně PŘEDRAŽENY. Cena 1500 Kč za noc v kamrlíku je moc. Parkoviště, ani lyžárna není monitorované, služby nulové.
Location
Z toho apartmán těží, nicméně, raději se ubytuji o 50 metrů vedle, sem už nikdy.
