The apartment is inbuilt to the attic. Guests can use a separate doorway, small lobby, kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, boiling pot, aspirator, electric kitchen-stove with oven and kitchenware. The kitchen is interconnected with the small dining room and rest space with chairs and TV. The apartment has its own sanitary facilities (bathroom, bathtub with shove bath, washbasin with the mirror and the box.)

Next services: Possibility of sitting in the garden with the grill. We provide lending of bikes and skis; the chemist, post office, tourist informative centre, two groceries, hotel, two restaurants, sweetshop, 2 x hairdressers. The community offers lot of opportunities for various forms of entertainment and sports self-realization. Visitors can use solarium, bowling and fitness. The horse riding is available. The well-known winter centre Zadov is 7 km far of. In summer is possible to use an ecological bus, which goes along whole Šumava and as well to Bavarian National Park.
