The apartment house offers one standard apartment 2+KK (for 3 – 4 persons) and two apartments with stairs into soil’s garret (for four persons). 

Three comfortable apartments 2+KK include kitchen corner that is interconnected with a living room, next the bedroom with conjugal bed. Each apartment has its own sanitary facilities, (bathroom with shower corner and WC) and TV/SAT. Two apartments have a stairs that front in to attic. There is a folding couch – as an extra bed for 1 – 2 persons at the living room.

The apartment house Andrea is situated in a little village Masákova Lhota that lies on route of Vimperk – Zadov – Churáňov, just about 3km far from the ski centre The new reconstructed apartments are situated in undisturbed locality in the National Park Bohemian Forest. The apartments are is suitable for winter and summer recreation, in beautiful countryside near tourist locations.
