We offer two apartments with their own sanitary facilities
The standard furnished rooms are suitable for families with children.
The apartments are situated in the undisturbed part of the community Lipová spa. Each apartment has the separate doorway. The restaurant and the grocery is 3 minutes away by foot.
Winter activities: The region is noted for a long of winter season and good snow cover. It is suitable for downhill skiing and for cross-country skiing. The ski area “Lázeňský vrch” with one ski lift for children and next ski lift for adults is situated 400m away from the housing. The course for skiing is available. The ski area Miroslav that offers three ski lifts and downhill courses of different difficulties is situated 1km away. The skiers can visit next ski areas in surroundings – Ramzová (6km), Petříkov (8km), Ostružná (8km). The locality offers ideal conditions for cross-country skiing.

Summer activities: Some of the activities that you can enjoy this summer include hiking, biking and bathing. The sittings in the garden can be very pleasant. The thermal swimming pool is in Velké Losiny, the outdoor swimming pool is in Šumperk. The tennis court is 200m far from our object. Guests enjoy the mountain mini-cars in Ramzová. Guests are encouraged to visit the surrounding tourist attractions in water power station Dlouhé stráně, balneal centres Velké Losiny and Jeseník, Žerotínský castle, stronghold Sovinec, etc.
Bus connection: The bus stop is in Lipová-spa, 30m away.
Train connection: The train station is in Lipová–spa, 150m away.
