The apartment house is situated in the community Rejholtice, near Loučná nad Desnou in Jeseníky Mountains. The new built ski area PŘEMYSLOV is situated not far. The apartments will in working order in the winter of 2007/2008. It is possible to make date for view of water power station “Dlouhé Stráně” since spring until summer. Some of the activities that you can enjoy this summer include bowling, squash, sauna or go to visit Velké Losiny castle and hand made peppermill.
