in each 2 x 2bed room (+ possibility of up to 4 extra beds in sitting room) which is all together up to 8 beds in one flat

 There are 3 fully equipped apartment flats in the objecr. Each flat has fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and ceramic hot-plate and electric oven, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stainless dishes and dining table with sitting for eight people.

There is own sanitary facilities in each flat. It is roomy bathroom with shower, wash-basin, bidet ( in one apartment there is shower as well as bath) and WC with wash-basin in separeted room.

 Each flat has two double bed rooms and possibility of 4  extra beds in the sitting room.

 Sitting room and some bedrooms are equipped with TV / SAT and internet plugs.

Internet connection in the whole object for free.

 In the ground floor there is a special room for skis and bicycles storage , washing in automatic wahing-machine and drying the eclothes. Next there are shared WC and shower-basin for wahing dogs, boots, etc.

There is also an outside sitting in the roofed shed with grill place next there are fire place and smoke-box for roasting own meat and several other sittings. There is a beautiful view to the surrounding nature from all these place.

Apartments Vydrýsek are located 900m far from a village Srní in picturesque and calm environment with beautiful view to Šumava edges from Huťská Mountain and Zhůří to Sokol and beautiful valley of river Vydra, this is especially in automn monts when the nature paints it into the most fantastic colours. You will enjoy nice walks in surroundings e.g. to Klosterman View point with look at valley of river Otava, Kašperk Castle, valley of river Křemelná and you can go as far as its confluence with river Vydra at Čeňkova Pila and further along Vydra to Turner´s cottage and Antýgl. Another sight which you should not miss is Vchynicko-tetovský floating chanel with many romantic places.

We also offer possibility of usage of children´s playground and sport fields (minigolf, volleyball, open swimmin pool, sauna, etc.), restaurant services with terrace and common hall in our own near-by hotel Povydří (by car - car park for free or on food up to 15 minutes walk).

 There are other possibilities of boarding in other restaurants and possibility of usage of indoor swimming pool , fitness, skittles, hairdresser´s, information centre, post-office and shop.

Leisure activities in summer:
- beautiful touristic and cycle tracks along the river Vydra and central Šumava (Bohemian Forest)
- mushroom picking
- above mentioned sport facilities 

Leisure activities in winter:
- hiking
- conditioned cross-country skiing tracks, when the snow conditions are good you can put on your skis in front of te Vydrýsek pension
- there is also a ski slope about 500m long, when the snow conditions are good you can get on your skis to the Vydrýsek pension, there are other slopes at Modrava, Kvilda and Zadov
- for more demanding skiers we reccomend Špičák about 30km far ( in Železná Ruda) or Gross Arber in neighbouring Germany (about 40km)

Price summer

Initial prices in the main season which is from 27.06. till 05.09 2009 and holidays:

15 000 Kč for every apartment / week (Saturday-Saturday) which is 535 Kč /person / night when 4 people are staying and for every occupied extra bed + 1 000 Kč / week  which is 340 Kč / person / night when 8 persons are staying

Price winter

Initial prices in the main season which is from 30.01. till 13.03 2010 and holidays:

15 000 Kč for every apartment / week (Saturday-Saturday) which is 535 Kč /person / night when 4 people are staying and for every occupied extra bed + 1 000 Kč / week  which is 340 Kč / person / night when 8 persons are staying

Loyalty discounts and discounts during off-season
Collective discount - possibilty of renting the whole object with the total capacity of up to 24 beds inclucing extra beds 

In the main season (27.06 - 05.09.2009 and  30. 01. - 13. 03 2010) only week stays are possible, out of this season you can have weekend or short-term stays as well but at least for 2 nights.

The price includes: VAT, closing cleaning, water and electricity usage, bed-clothings, towels, soap, toilet paper, tea-towels and washing-up agent

The price does not include: fee to a village for recreational stay  - 15 Kč / person / night (people between 18 and 70), fee for a dog - 100Kč / night

Booking is valid after deposit payment - 50% of the price by bank transfer to our account. The payment of the rest of the price must be done in the same way. This must be paid so that the amount is on our account at latest 3 days before the beginning of the stay. After arrival you shoud pay in cash restoring deposit  1 000 Kč for apartment equipment. We are not able to accept credit cards.
