Guests can use on the whole three bath rooms with massage water spray, three WCs, sauna, completely equipped kitchen, stylish lounge with cockle and fireplace, TV/SAT. Possibility of a barbecue using inner or outdoors fireplace.

The cottage is located in undisturbed environment near the forest on the fringe of recreational community Karlov.
Winter activities: The ski resort offers ideal conditions for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. There are lot of ski slopes for children, beginners and experienced skiers. The ski centre Ovčárna – Praděd is 13 km away. The known spa Karlova Studánka is 7 km away.
Summer activities: Hiking and mountain biking, mushroom picking, a large number of marked tourist routes, the lending office of mountain biking, possibility a horse riding, fisheries.
Bus stop: Karlov, the stop is in front hotel Praděd.
Train station: Malá Morávka, from here is transport to the hotel arranged with our receptionists.
