2x apartment (8+ 6 beds)

The rebuild and well-equipped cottage is situated near the forest and the pond, 24 km away from Železná Ruda on the edge of National Park Šumava. There are two apartments inside of our object. The stay is suitable mainly for family recreation with children all the year round.
The apartment for 8 persons: the kitchenette with kitchen unit, boiling plate, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, boiling pot, pots and pans. A big habitable room with a table for 8 p with functional tile stove, a colour TV/SAT, three bedrooms (2+2+4 beds), a central heating, a bathroom with WC and a washing machine.
The apartment for 6 persons (attic): The kitchenette with kitchen unit, boiling plate, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, boiling pot, pots and pans. A big habitable room with tile stove, a colour TV/SAT, two bedrooms (2+4 beds), a central heating, a bathroom with a bathtub, WC and a washing machine. The reserved courtyard suitable for children, a covered outdoor sitting, a table with big parasol, grill. A place for ball games. The parking site (five motor cars).

The cottage is situated in the small village Pich u Petrovic near Sušice, in the middle of woods, near the pond. The rivulet flows below our cottage. We offer an undisturbed and healthy environment, pure country and many historical sites, the strongholds Velhartice, Kašperk, a water stronghold Svihov, a Klenová castle, Srní, Modrava, Čeňkova saw mill, Čertovo and Černé lakes, a hill Špičák, outlook-tower Pancíř and Poledník. The region is suitable for mushroom picking. In summer is possible to use an ecological bus, which goes along whole Šumava and as well to Bavarian National Park and others.
Winter activities: Skating on the pond is at point. Cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Hartmanice 5 km away. Further ski resorts are in Špíčák or in Zadov.
<Summers activities: Bathing at the pool located near our cottage (heated water by the solar panels), fishery in the pond (per charge), hiking, mountain biking and a horse riding in riding area in Kundratice, the tennis courts are 1 km away. The nearest bike renting shop is in Sušice.
Bus stop: Pich u Petrovic 80 m away
Train station: Sušice 9 km away, from here by public bus.
