The cottage is suitable for course of skiing and for outdoor school with boarding. The price is by agreement. Guests can use the common room with the fireplace, play the table tennis or sit out near the firing space. The parking-site is in the courtyard.
The object is suitable for outdoor schools, (the big meadow is suitable for tent). Each room has the kitchenette equipped with the fridge and the basic kitchenware. There are the spaces for storing of skis and bikes.
The community Ludvíkov provides ideal conditions for family recreation all the year round. Some of the activities that you can enjoy this summer include hiking, biking and bathing. The RELAXCENTRE is situated in Bělá pod Pradědem (22km), the AQUA CETRE SUN is in Rýmařov. The curative procedures are available in Karlova Studánka spa. The region offers excellent conditions for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. The snow tubing is located right near the object. Many marked cross-country skiing tracks are situated in surrounding. The ski lifts and downhill courses are in Ovčárna- Praděd (12km), In Vrbno pod Pradědem and in Ludvíkov. The artificially snowed ski slopes and the night skiing is available.
Guest can visit the surroundings tourist attractions, for instance Rešovské waterfalls, caves, Bruntál and Velké Losiny castles, moss lakes in Rejvíz, etc. You can also ride on horseback in surroundings animal houses.
