The renovated hotel Belveder *** has three storeys and it has a new furniture. The rooms have a shower bath and WC. One room has disabled facilities including WC and a shower bath. The hotel has a kitchen and a lunchroom with possibility of all day boarding. The lunchroom in a country style has a capacity of 100 subjects. There is a TV room on the first floor. The billiards and darts are inside of the restaurant. It is possible to play tennis. The hotel has own circular swimming pool and a summer terrace with a service. There is a playground, a mini golf and fire and multi-use sport ground beside of the swimming pool. Parking is right at the hotel – free.

The hotel is located at the edge of the forest. The access is by the narrow, asphalt road. The distance from the centre of Železná Ruda is 800 m. The hotel holds wide mountain grassland, which serves mainly for children, but also for adults. The hotel is ideal for curative stays for children and for asthmatic persons.
Winter activities: Downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. Three of downhill courses finish near the hotel. The ski running tracks and tourist routes are 100 m away. Further ski resort is Špičák 5 km away from Železná Ruda. For exacting skiers we advise a Bavarian ski centre Velký Javor, (Arber) and Železná Ruda. The Arber peak is possible to reach by means of cable car. The visitors can find here several downhill courses. Remember of your passport
Summer activities: Hiking, mountain biking and bathing. Trips to Černé lake, Čertovo lake, lake Laka (1096 m) and to Špičák. In summer is possible to use an ecological bus, which goes along whole Šumava and as well to Bavarian National Park. Possibility of fishery – river Otava, forest fruit picking, mushroom picking and others.
