Parking: The parking is right at the cottage.
The cottage is situated in the community Modrava, at a height of 990 m above sea level, where the most beautiful river Vydra (otter) runs from.
Winter activities: The region offers ideal conditions for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. Many marked and prepared cross-country skiing tracks are situated around the cottage. The ski lift for children and beginners is 100 m away. The nearest ski area Zadov is 25 km far off.
Summer activities: The region offers good conditions for hiking and mountain biking. Many marked cycling routes and instructional footpaths are situated in near surroundings. Guests are encouraged to visit surroundings tourist attractions for instance Vydra River, wells of Vlatava River, Poledník, Prášilské Lake, Kašperk castle.
Bus connection: Sušice or Vimperk, from here to Modrava by bus.
