The hotel offers our guests comfortable accommodation. All rooms have an electric heating and a washbasin with cold and warm water. The new showers and toilets are situated next-door. Some rooms have one’s own shower bath. Guest can use the fridge, kitchen-stove and other kitchen equipment. The rooms look out on the highest mountain Plechý, the highest top of Bohemian Forest. The hotel has a restaurant with a modern kitchen, TV/SAT and a front garden. Next grassy properties are around the hotel. The billiards is available. Visitors can use volleyball sport ground, open-air fireplace, grill, benches and tables on the hotels properties. It is possible camp in tents or in caravans on the hotel’s piece of lend. You can borrow the bikes and the boats.
Boarding: The half board or full board. We serve a continental breakfast; the dinner and supper is with uniform kind of meals. The other way of boarding is available after an agreement. You can choose from the hotplate or cold spread and various sort of drinkables, (three sorts of draught beer.) The hotel’s kitchen use the ecological groceries and cheeses from the ecological company “BALOUN “There are 45 chairs at the hotel’s eating room and 40 chairs at the front garden. Visitors also can admire the aquarium with fish from Lipno reservoir or beautiful fireplace.
Parking: The spacious parking-site free is right at the hotel.

Description of the site: The building is very old; it dates back to the 16th century. Initially, in the year 1530, the farm was the property of Ann and Wenzel Reisch. Later - remain the circumferential walls only and the lots with remainders of fifteen realties. The farm was called by name Bierschuster at first, after it has a name Primula - (Primrose in English). The hotel is situated in the National Park Bohemian Forest.
Winter activities: The recreational resort lies in the colourful small town Nová Pec near Lipno, under of the highest top of Bohemian Forest - mountain Plechý. Many marked and prepared cross-country skiing tracks are situated around the hotel. If it is cold weather and a freeze, visitors can skate on the area of the lake Lipno. The region offers excellent conditions for downhill skiing. The nearest ski resorts are Kramolín and Kubova Huť. Skiers can also visit a big ski resort Hochficht situated on the Austrian side - 7 km away in a beeline.
Summers activities: Hiking, biking, bathing and water sports and many other activities, so it is much easer to call out for information. Types on trips: The well-known historical town Český Krumlov, Hluboká nad Vltavou and Rožmberk castles or further tourist attractions in Bavaria or Austria.
Bus stop: Nová Pec u Lipna - 50 m away; (the bus goes frequently).
Train station: 100 - 1000 m away; (direct connection from Prague - in summer).
