The pension offers a standard accommodation at the double bed rooms, but also at 3, 5, 6 bed apartments, which are suitable namely for families with children. Visitors can use lodgings at two bed house trailers with possibility of next two extra beds. The pension has a restaurant with delicious cuisine and a pleasant sitting on the summer terrace. The pension has one’s own ship renting shop, open-air heated swimming pool, volleyball sport ground, tennis courts, bike lending office, golf course, covered pool and sauna.

The area of the pension Famila is situated on the periphery of the community Lipno nad Vltavou, 300 m away from the Lipenská lake.
Winter activities: The region offers good conditions for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing The nearest ski area Kramolín. Visitors can use many downhill tracks of various difficulties. The advanced skiers can visit the ski centre in Hochficht in Austria 1337m above sea level. Many marked and prepared cross-country skiing tracks are situated around the guesthouse. The ski renting shop is in Kramolín and in Lipno. Possibility of ice-skating on the Lipenská lake.
Summers activities: Hiking and biking. Many marked tourist routes are in surroundings. The community Loučovice is a start point for visit of Lipenská territory, for instance Plešné lake, Schwanzenberk canal, Třístoličník or the primeval forest Boubín. The Lipenská lake offers an excellent bathing and prosecution of further aquatic sports, for instance yachting, windsurfing etc. Possibility of fishery. The horse riding is in riding area Bližná.
