Rehabilitation
Indian summer and nascent spring in Jeseníky Mountains – relaxation – rehabilitative
The stays are established for women, men, yokefellow, pensioners, smaller teams, bur also for individuals. The cut-price stays are always from 20th September – 10th December and follow from 10th April – 20th June. The price for lodging + half board is 345 Kč / person / day and the price for rehabilitation is 1.250 Kč, it is 3.630 Kč on the whole.
The stay contains:
- 2x whirlpool bath
- 1x subaquatic massage
- 2x paraffinic poultice
- 5x massage of nape and shoulders
- 6x training on apparatus “Ergometr”
- 1x half time trip
- Walks along the surrounding at free time
- Volleyball, lazy tennis, badminton, ninepins etc.
The pension Sport, built in alpine style, lies out of the arterial road near the brook. The pension is situated in community Ostružná, at a height of 700 – 950 m above sea level under the Šerák and Keprník tops. It is situated in the protected landscape area Jeseníky.
Winter activities: The region offers excellent condition for downhill skiing. The nearest ski lift is 300 m far off. There are more ski lifts in ski resort Petříkov 1, 5 km away, (the artificial snow and modified downhill courses). Not far is situated the ski area Ramzová, the chair lift onto Šerák with ones of the longest downhill course in the Jeseníky mountains. The resort offers excellent condition for cross-country skiing. Many marked and prepared cross-country skiing tracks are situated around our pension, which can take skiers as far as Paprsek and Kralický Sněžník and surroundings areas.
Summers activities: Hiking and mountain biking; many marked tourist routes are situated in surrounding. Bathing - the covered swimming pool is in Česká Ves, open air pool is in Jeseník and the thermal bathing establishment is in Velké Losiny. Visitors can try the horse riding inside of riding hall or organise a mountain mini cars in Ramzová etc. Trips: The caves Na Pomezí and Na Špičáku, the castle Jánský vrch in Javorník or in Velké Losiny, the outlook tower Zlatý Chlum, the moss small lake in Rejvíz and other.
Bus connection: The bus stop Ostružná; The buses go to directions Brno, Jihlava, Praha Hradec Králové, Pardubice.
Train connection: Ostružná; trough line from direction Brno, Prostějov,Olomouc, Plzeň, Praha, Hradec Králové, Pardubice or Ostrava and Frýdek-Místek.
