The apartment 2+2 has a kitchen, dining room and TV/SAT. Other rooms have shower, WC and TV/SAT. Upstairs, there is situated a full equipped kitchen. there are two rooms. Below-stairs are two rooms with kitchenette, shower and WC. Visitors can lend mountain bikes or ski at point. In summer you can sit out in the garden with fireplace.

Our house is situated in undisturbed part of the community Karlova Studánka, 950 m above sea level.
Summers activities:The region is suitable for hiking and mountain biking. The famous falls Bílá Opava is only 2 km away from our house. There are a tennis courts 150 m away from our house. The nearest bathing establishment is in Vrbno pod Pradědem 7 km far. Abstractedly from season the community Karlova Studánka has an unrivalled climatic conditions and local quality is one of the best in the central Europe.
Winter activities: The region is suitable for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. The nearest ski lift lift is 200 m away. There are more ski lifts in peak parts of Jeseníky (Ovčárna – Praděd). You can get there by shuttle service from bus stop Hvězda. Alternatively the visitors can use a curative program in the Spa Karlova Studánka or covered swimming pool and sauna in the nearest town Bruntál 20 km away and in Břidličná.
Bus stop: A direct transit from district towns to Karlova Studánka .
Train station: Bruntál, from here by public bus.
