Guests can use a common room, fully equipped kitchenette, (fridge, boiling pot, pots and pans), summer terrace and garden. .
Parking: Parking is in front of object or at the lockable object. You’ll have to rent whole pension, if you wish to use a big kitchen and stylish equipped eating room.

The pension is situated in the community Vltavice, at the foot of Boubín in the National park of Bohemian Forest, in the romantic valley of the river Teplá Vltava, at a height of 824 m above sea level.
Winter activities: The nearest ski lift is 100 m away from the hotel. The advanced skiers can visit next ski resorts in surroundings, for instance Kubova Huť, Strážný, Kvilda, Zadov and other. Likewise is possible drop in the German ski resort Mitterdorf (1130 m above sea level), or Mochficht (1130 m). The region offers good condition for cross-country skiing.
Summers activities: Hiking and biking. Many marked tourist routes are in surroundings. Bathing – the bathing establishment with sauna and an outdoor garden is situated in Volary. You can visit the Lipenská reservoir; go down the river Vltava and use further of sporting activities. Guests are encouraged to visit the surroundings tourist attractions, for instance Plešné lake, Schwanzenberk canal, Třístoličník or the primeval forest Boubín, the well-known historical town Český Krumlov, Kratochvíle and Hluboká castles, the stronghold Rožmberk and other. The Lipenská lake offers an excellent bathing and prosecution of further aquatic sports, for instance yachting, windsurfing etc. Possibility of fishery. The horse riding is in riding area Bližná.
