The cot is available by request
The private lodging is a part of the family house built under the forest near the sports facility. The doorway is shared with owners. The way to separate upstairs is trough the corridor. There is a kitchenette and the admittances into sanitary facilities and two rooms.
Kitchenette: The kitchenette is equipped with kitchen unit, hot plate, fridge, microwave, oven, boiling pot and pots and pans for six persons.
Sanitary facilities: Separate WC, bathroom – shower bath, washbasin, dryer and infra heater.
The object has a central heating. It is possible to store the skis and skiing equipment in ground floor. There is a big paled garden around the object. The small mountain rivulet runs through the garden. Guests can use firing space, garden sittings and children’s sandpit.
The parking-site is situated inside of paled garden. We recommend using the snow chains in winter season.
It is forbidden to smoke inside of the object.
The family house is situated in colourful corner of southern foothills Jeseníky at the outskirts of Kouty nad Desnou that is a local part of the community Loučná nad Desnou. The well-known ski resort Červenohorské saddle is 6 km far off.
Winter activities: The region offers excellent conditions for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. The ski resort Červenohorské saddle (6 km) offers 8 ski lifts and the start point for ski runners. The Červenohorské saddle can be reached by ski bus; the stop is 400 m far off from our house. There are more ski lifts and downhill tracks of various difficulties in Ramzová, Petříkov and Praděd – Ovčárna.
Summer activities: Hiking, mountain biking and bathing. The thermal bathing establishment is in Velké Losiny, the outdoor bathing pool is in Jeseník, Šumperk, Sobotín, Rapotín; the covered swimming pool is in Jeseník, Červenohorské saddle, Velké Losiny, the mountain mini-cars you can find in Ramzová. The tennis courts are in Loučná and you can also ride on horseback in Žárová. The region offer the fishery or sightseeing flights above Jeseníky Mountains. Trips: The caves Na Pomezí and Na Špičáku, the castle Jánský vrch in Javorník or in Velké Losiny, the outlook tower Zlatý Chlum, the moss small lake in Rejvíz, Bouzov, Sovinec Šternberk strongholds, Karlova Studánka, Velké Losiny Jeseník spas and trips to Poland.
Bus connection: Šumperk, (Brno), Jeseník – the bus stop Kouty (400 m).
Train connection: Kouty nadDesnou – the station Kouty (300 m).
