The rooms have standard furniture with a was-basin for morning hygiene. The social facility is on every storey. The housed guests can use an eating room, a clubroom with TV, table tennis and sport ground for ball games. The outdoor sitting, possibility of grill. Parking at the object. The stay is especially suitable for outdoors schooling and others.

Recreational and fitness centre Holeček is located in undisturbed place, not far of the square of the community Kašperské Hory. This position offers carry out trips to southern or western parts of Šumava.
Winter activities: The region offers suitable conditions for downhill skiing. The nearest ski slope 700 m with lighting is 1000 m away from the pension. There are more ski lifts in ski resort Zadov 15 km away with artificial snow and lightning. Further ski slopes are in Javorník, Kvilda, Modrava and Nové Hutě. Possibility of skiing in Germany – the downhill courses on Velký Javor, (the Big Maple) is 45 km far. The resort offers excellent conditions for cross-country skiing. The covered swimming pool is in Horažďovice 32 km far.
Summer activities: Hiking, mountain biking and bathing. A beautiful woods, possibility of mushroom picking. The forest bathing pool. A tennis courts and bowling is not far. The stronghold Kašperk, Rábí and Velhartice, and a gold path around Kašperské Hory, the chapel in Albrechice. In summer is possible to use ecological bus, along whole Šumava and as well to Bavarian National Park. (The passport is necessary).
