basic description
The Recreational Centre Oáza specialize in collective child's recreation, sports concentration and outdoors schools. Sixteen cottages are designate for lodgings. Six cottages for ten subjects, equipped with their own sanitary facilities are in operation also in winter season; other ten cottages that are given for 4 subjects have WC, washbasin with cold and warm water; the shared sanitary facilities are tailored largely on summer running from May to September. The visitors they may use the social bar-room, dining room, volley-ball and tennis-court, the square window ladders and the swings for children. We can organize for you the visitation in the glass works in Nový Bor.

The RC Oáza is situated in colourful market-town Sloup in Bohemia, which is proud of the castle on most highly located sandstone rock that is the input gateway into Luzicke Mountains.

The parking is in reserved piece of land.
Bus connection: Sloup, the bus stop is 500m far from out Recreational Centre. Good bus connection to Nový Bor and to Čzech Lípa.
Train connection: Nový Bor, next by bus.

Winter activities: The nearest downhill course is situated in Polevsko, 5 km far, the ski runner tracks start point is directly in Sloup. The winter sports area in Jiretin pod Jedlovou is 20 km far – The area offers the ski runner tracks about different length, one ski lift on Tolstejn (700 m long with superelevation of 145 m), the longer ski lift on Jedlová (774 m) is long 1200 m with superelevation of 260 m. The covered swimming pool is in Czech Lípa 12 km far. The Aqua Park in Děčín is 33 km far and in Liberec 40 km far.

Summer activities: Bathing establishment 200 m far from RS, cycling up marked footpaths, horse riding, fishery and hiking. Machovo Lake is 25 km far. We advise for you following trips: saxatile castle Sloup in Bohemia, Bezdez stronghold 22 km, Jedlová Mountain peak (The outlook tower with circular view), the Křížová Mountain (the chapel and the Calvary), Tolštějn stronghold ruins visitation, the medieval stole of holy Joan evangelist, Světlík, windy mill with protected bird sanctuary, excursion into glass works from the year 1414 in Chribske, (the modern glass works), Jetrichovické walls, on Pravcická gate and the passes with navigation on boat.
