Our establishment provides thirteen beds that are placed in three floors of the object.

First floor:

From incoming second floor with open staircase, you get into first floor that continues on terrace. In this floor is situated the living room attached to fully equipped kitchen with washer, microwave, boiling plate and boiling pot. The dining-recess is part of the kitchen. The living room is equipped by the leather seat, fireplace, and TV set. On this storey, there is the bathroom with the shower bath, WC and two washbasins.

Second floor:

The entrance into the house is from the northern side into the second floor. In the entering floor is situated the space behind the door, toilet,  kitchen, pantry, dining room that is interconnected with the living-room that tie together on the game room – study. In the living room, they is a hot-air stove. The standard equipped kitchen is disposable. The living room is equipped with folding three-piece suite, TV / SAT, DVD player and stereo radio.

Third floor:

Into the third floor, where are situated four bedrooms, we can get by connecting staircase. The spacious dressing room is connected into one bedroom. There is the wall with the shelves in the connecting hall; on this storey, there is located the bathroom at the same time. The bedrooms are furnished with separate beds or with double beds.  Three rooms are equipped with TV set; the radio and DVD player is on storey.

The garden with the terrace, warmed swimming pool, the solar garden shower, children’s swings and sands, they are parts of the house. The gas grill and the garden furniture are available. The covered on coming is located in front of the house and the relax terrace is placed in face of the house entrance. The house is part of ordinary build-up area; its three floors are interconnected.

The house situated directly in the community Lipno above Vltava River, in the undisturbed locality, near the forest at close quarters promenade Lipno, the outdoor swimming pool, beach, lake, yacht harbor are situated not far off. Many cycle tracks and the starting station into the skier\'s area is here disposable for you. The object is easy available and fit for enjoyable holidays, relaxation and sports self-realization. All listed attractions are situated in circle of 300 m from the house.
