The house is divided into two identically arranged halves with the total capacity of 20 beds. In first floor are situated three double bedded rooms, living room with TV-antenna, the fully equipped kitchenette (kitchen-stove, bowling pot, microwave), the shower bath and WC. There are two big rooms, the bedroom with four beds, the living room (TV-antenna), fully equipped kitchenette and sanitary facilities (bathtub and WC) in the attic. The garage, driver and washing machine, boiler room is located in ground floor.

Guests can use free area with sittings under the pergola, possibility of grill or firing space, the smaller grassy ground with two goals. Next facilities: bats, darts, badminton and table tennis. The swimming pool is in the garden. The parking is right at the object – free. The object is easy accessible all the year round.

The Kašperské Hory is coveted tourist centre for summer and winter recreation. The position in the hearth of Bohemian Forest offers ideal place for lodging, trips and next activities.

Winter activities: Possibility of skiing and sledging is right near the pension (without the ski lift). The nearest downhill course is in Kašperské Mountains (3 km). The ski slope with ski lift is artificially snowed. The night skiing, courses of skiing and ski lending office are available. The detailed information you can find on www.skikasperky.cz

The parking and refreshment is right near the ski lift. The cross-country skiing track, which can take skiers across the Javornické hills as far as the ski centre Zadov goes around the pension. The Javorníky and Zadov resorts are 15 km away.

Summer activities: The region offers good conditions for hiking and mountain biking. Many marked cycling routes and instructional footpaths are situated in near surroundings. Guests are encouraged to visit surroundings tourist attractions for instance the stronghold Kašperk, the view-tower Javorník, the Celtic rampart Sedlo and Popelná, the museum of Bohemian Forest and the museum of motorcycles. The Otava River flows in the valley, the fishery is available. In summer is possible to use an ecological bus, which goes along whole Šumava and as well to Bavarian National Park. You can visit a mountain Velký Javor in Bavaria. The region is suitable for mushroom picking and for forest fruit picking.

Bus connection: The direct connection from Prague, Plzeň, České Budějovice to Kašperské Hory and backwards.

Train connection: Sušice or Vimperk, from here by bus to Kašperské Hory.
