Two extra beds are available.
Each room has it own sanitary facilities (WC, shower bath and washbasin); the completely equipped kitchen and the ski and bike depository are disposable. Guests can use the outdoor sitting, firing space, grill and the parking near the house. Children enjoy the swing and the sandbox.
The pets can be housed according the previous agreement only.
Boarding: You can have a breakfast or your own food preparation at the kitchenette.
The accommodation is situated just about 1km far from centre of community Nová Hůrka towards Dobrá Ruda and Hartmanice. It is easy accessible by car on the route of Železná Ruda – Hartmenice – Sušice. Visitors can also use the straight bus connection from Železná Ruda and from Sušice that connect on connection to Bavarian forest National Park.
Winter activities: Downhill skiing - the ski resort Špičák (12km) offers four ski lifts and the downhill tracks with a big sports value. Many marked and prepared cross-country skiing tracks are situated around the guesthouse. Next services: sauna, solarium and the covered sports hall is in Železná Ruda. Guests can also visit the Bavarian ski resort Arber (15km). The swimming pool with a contra flow is in Bavarian Ruda. Do not forget your passport please.
Summers activities: Some of the activities that you can enjoy this summer include hiking, mountain biking and forest fruit picking. The region is suitable for mushroom picking.
