The owner has at his disposal the apartment with its own sanitary facilities and the kitchenette with dining room. The apartment consists of two double-bedded rooms. Next two beds are located in the kitchenette. Next, we offer two three-bed rooms and four-bed room; the extra beds for each are disposable. The sanitary facilities for these rooms are shared.

The apartment and the rooms with common kitchenette are equipped: kitchen (fridge, microwave, boiling pot and the kitchen-stove. Each room is equipped with the TV set.

The accommodation is situated in the community Dolní Morava at a height of 700m above sea level, in the midst of colorful Morava River valley. The river Morava rises below the Kralický Sněžník peak (1423m above sea level).

Winter activities: The region offers ideal conditions for downhill skiing. The nearest ski lifts are situated in the ski area Větrný (400m). The area offers the evening skiing, the snowboard park, courses of skiing, ski and snowboard lending office. The ski area Sněžník is 3km far off. You can get there by ski-bus. The skiers enjoy the Black downhill course “A” that length is 1440m.

Summer activities: Some of the activities that you can enjoy this summer include walking touristic trips round the surroundings, (Kralický Sněžník, Morava River rise, the cloister Hadač; the military fort from year 1938, Jeseník spa, Velké Losiny spa and thermal bathing establishment. Guests can visit the museum of crafts in Letohrad, baroque church and baroque castle, but also the water reservoir Pastviny with possibility of water sports.
