Most of the rooms have a kitchenette, (fridge and a cooker); you can lend a TV – per charge. The outdoor sitting with refreshment, a fireplace, darts, ninepins, an open-air pool and a garden. The community Loučovice is a start point for visit of Lipenská territory, for instance Plešné lake, Schwanzenberk canal, Třístoličník or the primeval forest Boubín. The close Lipenská dam offers an excellent bathing and prosecution of further aquatic sports, for instance yachting, windsurfing etc. Possibility of fishery.
